Keep your repair information together.

The customer app keeps appointments, inspection results, repair approvals, photos, invoices, parts, and service history in one private place on your phone.

1. Request Service

Open the booking form, choose the vehicle or equipment type, describe the issue, and select a preferred appointment time. The shop reviews the request before confirming it.

2. Save Your Private Link

After booking, save the private customer-app link. It gives you access to your repair records and should not be shared publicly.

3. Install the App

Installing the app makes bookings, invoices, approvals, service records, and future notifications easier to access.

4. Enable Notifications

Open your private customer app and tap Enable Notifications. Approve the phone prompt to receive appointment, invoice, and ready-for-pickup alerts after secure public access is active.

5. Approve Repairs

Recommended repairs are shown separately with an explanation and price. Approve or decline each item before extra work begins.

6. View Your History

Your customer app can show previous vehicles, equipment, service records, inspection findings, photos, parts used, and published invoices.

Common Questions

Can I book without installing the app?

Yes. The website still works in a browser. Installing the app is recommended because it keeps your private repair information easier to find.

Can the app install itself automatically?

No. Android and iPhone require you to approve app installation and notification permissions for security.

Where do I see my invoice?

Open your private customer app, choose the repair ticket, and expand the Invoice section after the shop publishes it.

Can I see the inspection photos?

Yes. Shop inspection and repair photos appear in your private repair record when the shop uploads them.
